- [S.l.] : CNE, novembre 2022 . - 16 p. - (Le droit de l'employé; 7) .

Titre : Day-to -day racism Type de document : document électronique Auteurs : Jorg Dobereiner, Auteur Editeur : Bonn [Germany] : Engagement Global Année de publication : sept-oct 2021 Collection : D+C development and cooperation Importance : 51 p Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Politique sociale Tags : Racisme Politique sociale Résumé : Racism is offensive and discriminating. Racists disregard human dignity, denying the fundamental principle that all people are of equal value, enjoy equal
rights and deserve equal opportunities. Although this principle should be general consensus, racism persists in all world regions. It has many harmful impacts
– not only on individual victims, but on entire societies. Systemic racism means that members of certain communities – for example, those with darker skin colours – stay poorer than those of other communities and do not get the same opportunities in the education system, employment or the housing market. Often, the legal system puts them at a disadvantage too. In particularly bad cases, deadly violence is perpetrated by the police, whose official duty is to „serve and protect“.En ligne : https://www.dandc.eu/sites/default/files/pdf_files/2017-11-dc.pdf Day-to -day racism [document électronique] / Jorg Dobereiner, Auteur . - Bonn (Germany) : Engagement Global, sept-oct 2021 . - 51 p. - (D+C development and cooperation) .

Titre : Decent work and fair globalization : a guide to policy dialogue Type de document : texte imprimé Auteurs : NGLS, Auteur Editeur : United Nations Année de publication : 2010 Importance : 79 p Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Politique sociale Tags : Travail décent Dialogue politique Mondialisation Emploi Economie mondiale Commerce mondial Marché financier Index. décimale : 05.03 Politique sociale Résumé : The recent world economic and financial crisis has dramatically increased the credibility of UN, civil society and other voices calling for a major overhaul in current approaches to economic governance. An essential anchor to leverage such change is the 2005 commitment of all Heads of State and Government to strongly support a “fair globalization” and to make “full and productive employment and decent work for all” a central policy objective in all relevant national and international policies, including to meet the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
This decision represented a major paradigm shift in the global economic and development discourse as it was the first time governments formally acknowledged the importance of full and productive employment for people to get out of the cycle of poverty and as a means to achieving equitable, inclusive and sustainable development. The new target on full employment and decent work that was added under MDG1 brings with it a much more comprehensive and incisive analytical framework to assess whether economic policies are helping or hindering progress towards the realization of the MDGs.
The policy implications of reintegrating full productive employment on the global economic and development agenda have not yet been fully explored. Decent Work and Fair Globalization: A Guide to Policy Dialogue aims to map out what the ramifications of this commitment mean in terms of better holding economic governance institutions (whether finance ministries, central banks or international economic and development bodies) accountable to full and decent employment goals. It also aims to help strengthen the advocacy of civil society organizations campaigning for greater economic and social justice by providing tools for more informed policy dialogue on how to align macroeconomic, trade and financial policies with these new objectives.En ligne : http://www.un-ngls.org/spip.php?page=decentwork Decent work and fair globalization : a guide to policy dialogue [texte imprimé] / NGLS, Auteur . - [S.l.] : United Nations, 2010 . - 79 p.
